School bus safety consultant Dick Fischer returns to the STN EXPO Conference this summer to teach the next installation of his popular "Danger Zone" workshop.

This eight-hour school bus “train the trainer” class will provide advanced training on understanding the up to 20 feet perimeter around school buses that can prove deadly to students during loading or unloading. This includes proper mirror installation and adjustments. But this year, Fischer will pay particular attention to this area as a potential financial liability to school districts beyond the tragic expense of another lost life.
