OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Sprint and Manage Mobility understand the complexity and challenges K-12 schools and their IT departments face in rolling out mobile learning programs. Many schools do not have the budgets, tools or personnel available to manage all of the intricacies of such programs, from developing processes that ensure students are not going over their data plans, to preloading and securing devices with the right content and software.
In an effort to alleviate the complexities of implementing and managing mobile learning programs for schools, Sprint has collaborated with Manage Mobility, an award-winning leader in logistics and management for wireless programs, to offer a comprehensive cloud-based mLearning technology solution so schools can focus on what is really important to them – educating students.
Wireless Campus Manager, available from Sprint, is a complete mLearning infrastructure solution that integrates strategic capabilities from best-in-class partners, enabling K-12 schools to easily Power On mobile learning. This complete package is included in Sprint’s new Mobile Learning 3G/4G data plans for education. Schools using laptops and tablets from Sprint can access safe, secure and managed network coverage they need in and out of their schools.
Value, Productivity and Simplicity
With Wireless Campus Manager available from Sprint, K-12 schools can now better manage wireless costs; procure, image, track and support mobile devices; manage break-fix, support the management of acceptable use policies; help provide safe Internet access through CIPA (Children’s Internet Protection Act) compliant software; control and secure devices with Mobile Device Management (MDM); and provide a collaborative learning portal for teachers and students with Learning Management software (LMS), which is key to digital content delivery and assessment.
