New York's Robinson Wins Grandolfo Award at STN EXPO

Alexandra Robinson, executive director of the Office of Pupil Transportation at the New York City Department of Education, took home the 11th Annual Peter J. Grandolfo Memorial Award of Excellence last week from the STN EXPO.

New Products Unveiled at STN EXPO Trade Show

RENO, Nev. - As there are certainly at least a couple big unveils still under wraps at this writing, School Transportation News compiled a list of new products that will be seen on the STN EXPO Trade Show floor on Monday night during the Extravaganza event and during the full trade show on Tuesday. In all, 127 exhibitors will display their wares.

Contractor Rebuts CBS Claims About Driver Background Checks

Part of a damning report on a perceived lack of oversight on school bus drivers by CBS News centered on a former school bus driver being investigated for child pornography, and a statement he apparently made to police that his former employer was still trying to get him to come back to work despite his criminal background.
