Phil Christman Named President of Operations

LISLE, Ill., April 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV) today announced that Phil Christman has been promoted to President, Operations, effective immediately. His scope of responsibilities will include procurement, product development, manufacturing and supply chain. He will report to Persio Lisboa, Navistar's chief operating officer.

Jeffrey A. Dokho Appointed to Navistar Board of Directors

LISLE, Ill., – Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV) today announced that Jeffrey A. Dokho has been named to its board of directors, effective immediately. Dokho, 42, replaces Dennis D. Williams, president of the United Auto Workers (UAW), who is retiring from the Navistar board after serving nearly 11 years as a director. Since 1993, one non-elected seat on the Navistar board has been filled by a person appointed by the UAW.

Sumwalt Assumes NTSB Acting Chairman Role

The National Transportation Safety Board announced that Robert L. Sumwalt once again is the agency's vice chairman, taking over the spot on the board from fellow Member Bella Dinh-Zarr. He also replaces Dinh-Zarr as acting chairman as the nation's independent crash investigation agency awaits a full-time leader.
