Bond Reduced for School Bus Driver in Chattanooga Crash Case

A Hamilton County, Tennessee, judge approved a bond reduction for Johnthony Walker after reviewing statements and evidence submitted on behalf of the former school bus driver accused of vehiclular homicide in the fatal November 2016 Chattanooga school crash that killed six children and hospitalized 23 others.

The family of a teenage girl with special needs who was reportedly raped on a school bus by another student last year is suing the Riverside Unified School District and its school bus contactor for improper oversight and failure to report the incident in a timely manner.
