|FirstGroup Signs Oil Distribution Deal, Launches Fuel Solutions Program|

FirstGroup and Mansfield Oil agreed in 2010 on a five-year deal to assist in maximizing their purchasing power. The partnership includes benefits for more than 70,000 school buses and transit buses.
FirstGroup recently launched a fuel solutions program, which offers consolidation, optimization and least-cost routing.
Mansfield Oil, a $4.2 billion dollar company, is one of the nation's largest fuel distributors.
The deal specifically allows FirstGroup and its subsidiaries, such as First Student, to leverage buying power, centralize fuel purchases and increase visibility, compliance and controls through fuel system reports. The deal also allows FirstGroup to purchase Mansfield products like FastTank and green alternatives like diesel exhaust fluid.
Mansfield will service 225 of FirstGroup's 574 sites. The remaining 349 facilities are bid through the government RFP process/school systems.
