School Bus Associations Respond to NTSB Recommendations

National school transportation industry associations issued both supporting and dissenting responses to a new National Transportation Safety Board report that examined two fatal school bus crashes. The report recommended, among other things, that crash avoidance systems and lap-shoulder belts be included on all new large school buses.
