Trade Show Only Registration: $99 per person. Fee includes access to the trade show ONLY. Fee does NOT include main conference workshops, general sessions and keynote sessions.

Non-refundable online processing fee: All registrations will include a $4.50 non-refundable online processing fee.

Main Conference Attendees can ADD to their registration for an ADDITIONAL FEE:

  • NHTSA Child Passenger Safety Course on Saturday, June 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center.
  • National School Bus Inspection Training on Saturday, June 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott.

Each course: $149 through 5/10/19; $199 beginning 5/11/19.

How to ADD: Register as a Main Conference Attendee, and then add either course in the Optional Session section.

Main Conference Attendees can ADD to their registration for NO ADDITIONAL FEE:

  • Live School Bus Crash Demonstration presented by IMMI/SafeGuard on Friday, June 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Held off-site at the company’s Center for Advanced Product Evaluation. Limited capacity. 
  • Wheelchair Securement Training presented by Q’Straint/Sure-Lok on Saturday, June 8 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott.
  • Cummins Service Training School on Sunday, June 9, AND Monday, June 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day at the JW Marriott. Same training on both days.
  • Allison Transmission Experience hosted by Allison Transmission at its global headquarters on Monday, June 10 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

How to ADD: Register as a Main Conference Attendee, and then add this course in the Optional Session section.

Main Conference Attendees can ADD a Guest to their registration for an additional $99. Guest registrations are for spouses and non-transportation professionals who are accompanying Main Conference Attendees. During the initial registration process, find the blue button that says “Guest.”

Exhibitors do NOT register by clicking on the “Trade Show Only” button on this page. This method is for non-exhibiting attendees. Exhibitors will receive a special link via email from the events staff two months before exhibitor setup to complete their necessary exhibitor badge forms.

*NOTE: This registration is NOT for exhibitors attending the trade show. Exhibitors will receive a special link from the events staff about two months before the conference for their exhibitor badges.

 

NHTSA Child Passenger Safety Course Access

Includes:

ONLY this one-day, 8-hour course scheduled for Saturday, June 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center. NO access to the conference and trade show. These attendees can ADD more NHTSA Child Passenger Safety Course only attendees. They CANNOT add Guests to their registrations. Seating is limited for this course.

Registration Confirmation Email

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email confirmation from Cvent (registration system provider) with your confirmation number for the conference.

Note: If you registered from your school district/work computer, this email might get blocked, so please check your Spam, Junk or Clutter folders for this email.

You must receive a confirmation number in order to be considered registered. If you do not receive an email once you finalize your registration, please contact the Events Coordinator at alice@stnmedia.com.

Registration Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay by check or purchase order checks. You can select “P.O. Check” as your payment method even if you do not have the P.O. number at the time you register.

NON-REFUNDABLE ONLINE PROCESSING FEE

If paying by credit card: Each registrant will be charged a $4.50 non-refundable online processing fee.

If sending a PO check: Include a $4.50 non-refundable online processing fee for each registrant.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received within 24 hours of completing your registration may receive a full pardon, but you MUST email the Events Manager within that same 24-hour period.
  • Cancellations received up until 11:59 P.M. PT on March 22, 2019, will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable online processing fee. Unpaid registrants are still responsible for the non-refundable online process fee.
  • Cancellations received up until 11:59 P.M. PT on May 10, 2019, will receive a 50% refund minus the non-refundable online processing fee, OR charged a 50% cancellation fee plus the online processing fee for UNPAID accounts.
  • Cancellations will NOT be received after 12:00 A.M. PT beginning May 11, 2019. No refunds of any kind will be issued. Any pending balance must be paid in full.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund if you are a “no-show.” If you are a “no-show,” you are still responsible to pay any pending balances still due.
  • ALL cancellations MUST be emailed to Events Manager Sylvia Arroyo at sylvia@stnmedia.com for approval.
