Friday, March 20
1 to 5 p.m.
(50 participant limit.)

This workshop will check the pulse of your operation’s dispatch to determine what is needed, life support or simply a bandage. Being a transportation dispatcher can be a stressful job, however, it sets the stage for organizational health or catastrophe. This interactive, four-hour workshop is built around the concept of the dispatcher as the pulse of your organization—the life blood of what you do. Dispatch controls information to and from the front-line staff who transport students with special needs. The case studies used in this workshop will allow the participant to practice what they have learned, network with other Dispatch professionals and walk away with real world considerations and techniques to improve the health of your organization through effective dispatch practices.

(32 participant limit. Transportation to and from Frisco ISD as well as lunch are provided.)
