Allison Transmission 4th Quarter and 2019 Earnings Conference Call Set

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc., the largest global provider of commercial duty fully-automatic transmissions, announced on Jan. 28 that it will hold its fourth quarter and full-year 2019 financial results conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 20.

President/CEO David S. Graziosi and Sr. VP/Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Frederick Bohley, will review the company’s financial performance for the period. The news release announcing the financial results will be issued post market on Wednesday, February 19.

The dial-in phone number for the conference call is 877-425-9470 and the international dial-in number is 201-389-0878. A live webcast of the conference call will also be available online at http://ir.allisontransmission.com. Additionally, the fourth quarter and full-year 2019 results press release will be posted on the ‘News Releases’ page of the website.
