Allison Transmission Posts a Quarterly Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS — Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) today announced that its bard of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the company’s common stock for the third quarter of 2019. Payment will be made on August 30, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 23, 2019.

The payment of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the board of directors. That will be dependent on Allison Transmission’s financial position, results of operations, available cash, cash flow, capital requirements and other factors that are deemed relevant by the board of directors.
