CINCINNATI — Chris Boult has been appointed chief information officer for FirstGroup America (FGA). In this role, Boult will be responsible for overseeing and directing all information technology. He will focus on the use of information technology to drive business objectives and strategies.
“In this position, I am looking to provide more agility and responsiveness to support the company’s strategic initiatives,” Boult said. “Through my new role, I will place more of a focus on executing to align with our business needs.”

Boult has more than 24 years of information technology experience, with 20 of those years coming from within the transportation industry. He received a bachelor’s degree in German and Italian from the University of Lancaster in England. Most recently, Boult joined FGA from its Greyhound Lines, Inc., division where he served as senior vice president of information technology in Dalla.
