First Student Partners with Gameday Management Group to Provide Shuttle Service for the Daytona 500 and Companion Races

CINCINNATI— First Student Charter Bus Rental, the charter service division of the nation’s leader in student transportation, will provide free shuttle service for race fans attending the 2011 Daytona 500 and its companion races at the Daytona International Speedway February 18-20.

More than 300 buses and highly-trained drivers from the company’s Jacksonville and Savannah locations will be used to transport spectators.

Shuttle service will be available between the Speedway and parking lot 7 on:

  • Friday, February 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. ET
  • Saturday, February 19 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET
  • Sunday, February 20 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET

First Student will also provide shuttle service on Sunday, February 20, between the Speedway and parking lot 10 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This marks the third year that First Student has partnered with Gameday Management Group to provide transportation for the event. First Student and Gameday will also provide shuttle service for the track’s July 2011 Coke Zero 400.
