Gatekeeper Expands Sales into Georgia with New Contract from Catoosa County Public Schools

ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — Gatekeeper Systems Inc. is pleased to announce the success of its sales expansion plan with a new contract from Catoosa County Public Schools in Georgia. Catoosa has moved to Gatekeeper’s solid-state school bus video technology to provide a safer environment inside their school buses.

Catoosa County Public Schools, located in the northwest region of Georgia, has a large fleet of school buses totaling 138 and transports approximately 8,000 students every day. There are over 17,000 school buses in Georgia.

“Gatekeeper’s 304SD camera systems and management software are proving themselves better than our expectations” said Jerene Jones, Transportation Manager for Catoosa. She also added, “the advancement and quality of Gatekeeper’s technology has greatly influenced our decision to purchase several systems. The camera systems are extremely user friendly, including easy access to the recorded data, and the ability to share clips of pertinent information with school administrators and district personnel without everyone having to install specific software or programs. Budget cuts have impacted the day to day operations of school systems across our nation, and we must all purchase responsibly. For us, the Gatekeeper systems allow us to exercise responsible spending while utilizing a top quality product.”

Gatekeeper’s high-resolution video system was designed to meet military specifications allowing it to operate reliably in extreme heat and cold weather applications as well as extreme rough road conditions. The G4 Incident Management software allows video management personnel to share video in a secure environment with hundreds of users without the need to download software on every desktop.

“We are pleased to see our sales expanding into Georgia with the new contract from Catoosa County Public Schools and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship”, stated Gatekeeper’s President and CEO Doug Dyment. He also added, “Gatekeeper is executing on its sales plan and interest in our products is growing as we expose our technology to potential new customers in different regions”.
