Gatekeeper Receives Contract for Clark County School Buses from Bryson Bus Sales, Utah

ABBOTSFORD, B.C., Canada —  Gatekeeper Systems Inc. is pleased to announce Clark County Schools in Las Vegas has purchased Gatekeeper video systems for 40 new buses. The order will be processed through Bryson Bus Sales of Utah.

Clark County Schools is the 6th largest school district in the United States. With approximately 1,600 buses in their fleet, Clark County Schools uses Gatekeeper’s internal video and rear vision systems to provide a record of what has happened inside the bus as well as providing drivers the ability to see behind the bus.

“More and more school districts are looking at providing a safe environment 360 degrees around the bus,” stated Gatekeeper President and CEO Doug Dyment. “From recording or streaming live video from cameras inside the bus, to recording license plates from our Student Protector high-speed license plate reading system, Gatekeeper has the technology to help prevent stop arm violations for countless school districts throughout North America.”

There are approximately 550,000 yellow school buses in North America. Gatekeeper provides a wide range of high resolution video systems integrated with GPS mapping as well as vehicle sensor information for accident investigation.
