Transfinder is investing more than $500,000 in conference exhibitions this year as the transportation software company expands its reach across North America.
“As the leader in the school transportation logistics industry, it is vital that Transfinder invests in conferences where decision-makers, users and key stakeholders are,” said Transfinder President & CEO Antonio Civitella. “However, we are taking a hard look at where we invest and how we do things at these conferences. We cannot keep doing things the way we have in the past. I can promise you there will be even more buzz about the Transfinder booth with some of the concepts we are rolling out during the next two months.”
Some of the changes Transfinder is implementing this conference season include a more aggressive social media campaign that highlights how clients can managing their transportation departments from anywhere.
Transfinder representatives are currently attending conferences in Yakima, Washington; Roanoke, Va.; Wisconsin Dells, Wis.; and Dallas, Texas. In June and July, the software developer will be crisscrossing the country to attend conferences in such states as Florida, South Carolina and Minnesota.
Transfinder has committed to attending 39 North American conferences so far this year and crossed the halfway mark this week. The company continues to sponsor a significant number conferences hosted by industry associations, recognizing the importance of the professional development they provide for safe pupil transportation.

“We love these conferences that take place across the country because it gives us an opportunity to meet with our clients and potential clients face to face,” Civitella said. “These are the people who are devoted to safe student transportation and we view them as partners.”
