West Fargo Public Schools to Unveil North Dakota’s First All-Electric School Bus

A special ceremony is being held next Monday in West Fargo, to unveil North Dakota’s first all-electric school bus.

The electric school bus market will be reviewed, along with how and why West Fargo Public Schools chose to purchase a Blue Bird Vision Electric bus. Attendees will be able to take a ride on the zero-emission bus.

Scheduled to appear are:

  • Brad Redmond, Director of Transportation, West Fargo Public Schools
  • Patti Stedman, President, West Fargo School Board
  • Ben Fladhammer, Communications Manager, Minnkota Power Cooperative
  • Luke Hellier, State Coordinator, Coalition for a Secure Energy Future
  • Hartley Hageness, Owner, Hartley’s School Buses, Inc.
