Parents Upset After Finding Needles at School Bus Stop

As students head back to school in Indianapolis, many parents are anxious about loading their student on a school bus. But what one mother found at a bus stop is downright disturbing, according to WTHR 13.

“One of the childrens’ fathers had found the needle that still had drugs in it, right in this area,” the woman said.

The needle was found in an area of trampled grass, and these weren’t the only syringes parents found. The woman pointed to a second spot. “The two needles that I had found were over here in this area,” she said.

The mother wanted to remain anonymous, because she’s afraid of the people using and dealing drugs in her neighborhood.

“I don’t want someone to harm me or my children or my family or anyone that stands on this bus stop,” she explained.
