Reporting out of Connecticut, the Orange Patch said that when a witness saw someone fail to stop for a school bus that was letting children off, he followed the offending car and pointed it out to police officers.

According to area police, officers learned that a 51-year-old local resident had been observed illegally passing a stopped school bus with lights flashing and offloading children.

A witness trailed the vehicle a short distance and pointed it out to officers when police arrived. The driver was issued an infraction ticket for his actions.
