2016 Green Bus Summit Topics Online

Year two of alternative fuel sessions are being planned for this summer in conjunction with the STN EXPO, with a focus primarily on funding paths and technology updates for school bus operators.

School districts and bus companies that have made the switch to alternative fuels, or that are considering it, can learn lessons from fleets that have experience with CNG, propane and electric and network with vehicle and equipment manufacturers, fuel suppliers, Clean Cities Coalition representatives and more. This year, the Green Bus Summit is included with full STN EXPO registration and runs concurrently with all other educational tracks from July 23-27 in Reno, Nevada.

Green Bus Summit training as well as for the rest of the STN EXPO begins Saturday, July 23, so make your plans today. Topics for workshops can be found online along with downloadable presentations from last year. Do you have information you want to present? Let us know.

Alternative-fuel school buses will again be on display during the July 26 STN EXPO Trade Show, and a new Ride & Drive will be presented that morning as well as the following day, July 27, to officially close the conference.
