Timothy Logan is the Director of Transportation at Garland Independent School District, where he leads transportation operations for one of the largest and most complex districts in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With progressive leadership experience across safety, training, and operations, Timothy has advanced through multiple roles within the department, including Interim Director, Assistant Director, and Administrator of Transportation Safety & Training.

His background gives him a comprehensive understanding of district transportation systems, from frontline safety protocols to large-scale operational strategy. Timothy is particularly focused on improving service reliability, supporting driver teams, and ensuring safe, efficient transportation that meets the diverse needs of students across the district.

Jazmyn Ware
Operations Supervisor
Garland Independent School District

Jazmyn Ware serves as the Operations Supervisor for Garland Independent School District (Garland ISD) in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, where the district supports more than 50,000 students. Within the transportation department, she plays a key role in overseeing daily operations that safely transport approximately 14,000 students across a fleet of 370 buses.

A proud Garland native, Jazmyn attended Garland ISD schools from first through twelfth grade before continuing her education at Sul Ross State University and The University of Texas at Arlington. She is an active member of professional organizations including NTAPT, TAPT, and NAPT. With over a decade of dedicated service to Garland ISD, Jazmyn has held a variety of roles including Operations Supervisor, Route Supervisor, Routing Specialist, Substitute Driver, and Route Driver, gaining comprehensive experience across all facets of student transportation.

Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and supporting specialized programs such as McKinney-Vento and Foster Care Transportation, demonstrating a strong commitment to service, safety, and student support.
