40 Years of IDEA With Linda Bluth

Linda F. Bluth, Ed.D., returns to the TSD Conference for 2016 to discuss how the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) has evolved since it was first enacted in 1975 and how it directs decision making during the IEP meeting.

Bluth will address the importance of the related service transportation for students with disabilities to access IEP services, and will discuss the significant advances that have taken place during the past 40 years in the transportation of students with individual specialized needs.
