Cole Hersee Announces it has Been Acquired by Littlefuse, Inc. of Chicago

BOSTON – Cole Hersee Company announced today that it has been acquired by Littelfuse, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois. The combined company will be well-positioned to better serve OEMs and Aftermarket customers in the Heavy Vehicle sector. Cole Hersee will continue to design and manufacture innovative and dependable products, while providing the excellent customer service customers have relied upon since 1924.
