CINCINNATI— FirstGroup America (FGA), North America ’s leading transportation company, announced that it recently donated $10,000 to Children’s Miracle Network, an international, non-profit organization that raises funds for more than 170 children’s hospitals. The donation is part of an ongoing organizational commitment to Children’s Miracle Network.

In addition, FGA employees raised nearly $275,000 through fundraisers and payroll deductions in 2009. Its commitment to Children’s Miracle Network is part of the company’s ongoing dedication to corporate social responsibility, which extends beyond charitable contributions and into environmental awareness, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and safety and security.
