JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – LBS South, LLC, announced today that Don Ross has accepted the position of General Manager. Don joined LBS South in April of this year, serving as the service director. In his new role, Don will be responsible for the management, oversight and strategic direction of LBS South.
“Don has proven himself as an outstanding leader within the LBS South family and as someone who personifies our commitment to our customers,” said LBS South President Mike Leonard. “I have no doubt that, with Don Ross as general manager, LBS South will continue to grow and be an industry leader in customer support and vehicle service.”
Since joining LBS South as service director in April of this year, Don has taken on many additional duties and responsibilities, establishing himself as an invaluable part of the organization.
Prior to LBS South, Don was with the School Board of Manatee County for more than 13 years, where he served in several high-level positions, including Director of Transportation and Vehicle Maintenance. Before that, Don spent 17 years with a Fortune 500 company in senior management. With this experience, Don has both an understanding of the customer perspective and the business acumen to help LBS South continue on its path of growth in the years ahead.
