Hendrickson Launches Global Responsive Websites

ITASCA, Ill. — Hendrickson elevates global website portfolio to new responsive web designs. Mobile traffic now accounts for more than half of total internet traffic. More people are using mobile devices, not only to browse the internet but to conduct work as well. “It has become increasingly important to create websites that work across multiple platforms and screen sizes. We want to continue to enhance our end users’ experiences at all touch points,” stated Mark Slingluff, director of marketing and communications at Hendrickson.

Responsive website pages resize themselves depending on which device they are being displayed on. Easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning and scrolling is the desired outcome of a responsive site.

“While it is hard to put a monetary value on this, the real value is to have customers experience a positive interaction when visiting a Hendrickson website regardless of the device they may be using. We recommend keeping your browser updated to take advantage of the best user experience possible” added Slingluff.

Hendrickson, a Boler company, is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of medium- and heavy-duty mechanical, elastomeric and air suspensions; integrated and non-integrated axle systems; auxiliary lift axle systems; parabolic and multi-leaf springs; stabilizers and bumper and trim components to the global commercial transportation industry. Hendrickson, based in Itasca, Ill., USA, continues to meet the needs of the transportation industry for more than 100 years. Visit the Hendrickson Web site at www.hendrickson-intl.com.
