Navistar and Meritor Agree to Co-Brand Fleetrite Brake Shoe Offering

LISLE, Ill. — Navistar today announced a new agreement with Meritor, Inc. to co-brand Premium Brake Shoe Kits offered through the Fleetrite heavy-duty parts brand. The agreement covers approximately 50 part numbers that will be labeled Fleetrite Manufactured by Meritor.

“This agreement demonstrates our continued partnership with Meritor to offer quality products that also provide bottom line value to our customers,” said Joel Larsen, vice president of global parts product management at Navistar. “The rapid sales growth of our Fleetrite brand is due in large part to customer acceptance of our brake component offerings. They know they can rely on two of the most trusted names in the industry to offer premium parts, like ‘Fleetrite Manufactured by Meritor’ products, that keep their trucks and buses on the road.”

Fleetrite provides quality maintenance and repair parts for all major heavy- and medium-duty truck and bus applications and is distributed throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia through International Truck Dealers and IC Bus Dealers.
