Navistar Fourth Quarter 2013 News Release And Conference Call Notice

LISLE, Ill. — Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV) plans to issue its fourth quarter 2013 earnings release before the market opens on Friday, December 20, 2013, and hold a conference call the same day at 8:00 a.m. CST. The purpose of the call is to discuss the company’s results of operations for the fourth fiscal quarter, as well as provide updated information regarding matters impacting the company’s outlook.

Conference Call: Friday, December 20, 2013. The conference will be hosted by Troy Clarke, president and chief executive officer, Jack Allen, chief operating officer, and Walter Borst, chief financial officer.
