Raybestos Brake Hoses for Type C School Busses get an A+ in Safety and Performance

McHenry, IL (July 21, 2010) School bus hoses face a demanding service environment, so they need to be replaced more frequently than brake hoses found on typical family vehicles. The combination of suspension travel, corrosion and more frequent brake service intervals takes an increased toll on the hose life of an average school bus.

To meet growing demand for increased safety and higher performance requirements for school bus applications, a new line of premium brake hoses is now available under the Raybestos brand, a member of the Affinia family of brands. The new brake hoses fit Thomas Built and Blue Bird brand type C busses, which make up a majority of the school busses on the road. All four part numbers are currently in stock and available at your local Raybestos Brakes Distributor.

Raybestos brand brake parts are quickly becoming the premier supplier to school bus fleets due to their proven quality, endurance and cost-effective pricing. In addition to the new hoses, the full assortment of Raybestos brand friction, rotors, calipers and master cylinders undergo systematic testing and ongoing validation to meet or exceed OE requirements for safety and performance. Each part is engineered to help demanding fleets endure severe conditions and provide exceptional cost-per-mile value.

You can view the full system of Raybestos brand school bus fleet brake parts at the 2010 STN Expo in Reno Nevada, July 24-28 at booth number Nevada 148.
