24th Annual TSD Conference Scheduled to Return to Texas

As attendees were checking out of the host hotel for the Transporting Students with Disabilities and Preschoolers National Conference in Nashville, Tenn., many were already setting their sites on the 2015 conference, which is returning to Frisco, Texas, March 20-25.

Frisco, a suburb of Dallas, was the site of TSD last year. The conference will once again be hosted by the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center. The 18th Annual National Special Needs Team Safety Roadeo is scheduled for March 21 and will again be co-presented by School Transportation News and NAPT.

This year’s conference drew more than 400 attendees, about a 15 percent increase from last year. Fifty-seven percent of this year’s crowd at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center were first time attendees.

Additionally, 71 companies exhibited this year, up from 45 last year.
