INDIANAPOLIS — Monday opened with a keynote presentation from board-certified behavior analyst Patrick Mulick on de-escalation techniques.
The Trade Show followed, which included over 60 vendors. Sessions were held in the afternoon and the day concluded with the Green Bus Summit Ride & Drive event hosted at Victory Field.
