Chances are you’ve at least heard the name Charley Kennington. The former Texas state director at the Department of Public Safety and now director of Innovative Transportation Solutions in Houston is renowned nationwide for his teaching of proper child passenger securement on school buses as well as serving as a vital safety and training resource, all while exhibiting class, dignity and humility.
