Cooper Tire & Rubber Declares 192nd Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio — Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock on Feb. 20, payable March 27, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2020.

This will mark the 192nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
