Cleveland-based Repros Inc., one of the Midwest’s leading providers of creative production services, event signage and large-format digital printing, has acquired Sun Art Decals Inc.
Sun Art Decals was formed in 1975 to design and manufacture decal markings for commercial vehicles, including school buses. The company was headquartered in Berea, Ohio. Repros is recognized for high-quality large format printing;engineering, fleet and vehicle, building, fence, trade-show and point of purchase graphic solutions.
“By acquiring Sun Art,” said Lou LaGuardia, vice president of operations at Repros, “We suddenly become experts in the school bus graphics niche market and acquire a more proficient expertise in the fleet and vehicle market.”
Sun Art owner Jim Soppelsa and Production Manager Chris Kostansek said they are both excited to join the Repros team and will continue to provide the same “total customer satisfaction” experience to existing and new customers.
“The acquisition of Sun Art Decals poises us to provide our customers a larger professional product portfolio,” Repros’ LaGuardia added.
