New Law Allows for Stop-Arm Violation Tickets to be Mailed

A new law in Virginia will allow law enforcement to mail stop arm citations to those who illegally pass school buses, reported Patch.

The law, which will go into effect July 1, will allow law enforcement to cite motorists who illegally pass school buses by mail.
