W.Va. Senate Cracks Down on Illegal Bus Passing

The West Virginia Senate passed a bill to increase penalties on drivers who pass stopped school buses, voting 33-1 to allow law enforcement to charge these vehicle owners. Currently, law enforcement cannot ticket drivers caught on bus surveillance camera. 

The bill now heads to the House for consideration.
