School districts and municipalities nationwide are turning to camera surveillance programs to enforce school-bus stop laws. According to a recent NASDPTS survey, more than 85,000 motorists broke these laws during a one-day count in 28 states that participated. These drivers are ignorant of the laws, or simply ignoring them, but are becoming a catch phrase from a once-famous television show: ‘Smile, You’re On Candid Camera.’
