Cooper Tire and Rubber Declares 191st Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio — Cooper Tire & Rubber Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on its common stock, payable December 27, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2019.

This will mark the 191st consecutive quarterly dividend that is paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
