Doug Dyment, president and CEO of Gatekeeper said, “Fort Worth ISD has a long list of accolades relating to growth since 2011 including ‘fastest growing city in North Texas’ according to the North Central Texas Council, 2012. I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision of Fort Worth ISD’s management group for choosing Gatekeeper as its mobile video partner to provide video systems for its school buses. This contract adds to our list of dedicated customers in the State of Texas and is an important part for executing our growth plan in Northern Texas.”

Pursuant to the contract, the period of performance is for an initial one-year term with the option to extend for four additional years, in one-year increments. Option year renewal will automatically renew, subject to the availability of funds, vendor performance and mutual agreement, unless otherwise notified prior to the end of the period of performance.
