KANSAS CITY – Due to strong synergies between the Brake Controls and Air Management Business Units, Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems is merging these two business units into a new unit called Air Controls Business Unit, which will be managed by Paul Bale.
Additionally, Haldex is strengthening our operational focus with Wim Goossens assuming responsibility for Heidelberg, Germany manufacturing and CVS operations in Hungary, while maintaining his current responsibilities for the Weyersheim, France European Distribution facility. Don Gilmore is assuming responsibility for the Grand Haven, Michigan and Iola, Kansas manufacturing sites in North America, along with the US Distribution facility in Kansas City, Missouri while also maintaining his Actuators Business Unit responsibilities.
As a result of this business consolidation Dr. Georg Häussler has decided to leave Haldex in order to pursue other opportunities.
Haldex Sales will continue to be managed the same as previously, and local Haldex Sales representatives can be contacted with any questions.
