Stock Transportation Acquires Student Transportation Division of Perry Rand Transportation Group Ltd.

BARRIE, Ontario – Stock Transportation LTD, a leader in student transportation in four provinces, announced today it completed the asset acquisition of the student transportation division of Perry Rand Transportation Group LTD in Nova Scotia. With this acquisition, Stock will gain approximately 100 new drivers and operate 67 additional routes in Annapolis Valley.

Perry Rand has been a trusted name in student transportation since 1963. “We’re pleased that Stock Transportation took an interest in our student division as Stock has a strong reputation in the marketplace,” said Shane Buchan, President and Owner of Perry Rand.
The Perry Rand buses will operate under the Stock Transportation name and with the continued leadership of General Manager Tina Coldwell.
