Verra Mobility Announces Public Offering of Common Stock by a Selling Stockholder

MESA, Ariz. — Verra Mobility Corporation (NASDAQ: VRRM) announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock to be offered by a selling stockholder of Verra Mobility.

The selling stockholder will also grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of the company’s Class A common stock. Verra Mobility will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares being offered by the selling stockholder.

Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley are acting as the joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as additional book-running managers.
