Equipment, parts and service provider Carter Machinery Company recently joined the school bus manufacturer’s network of dealers to service school districts in Virginia.
Established in 1952, Carter Machinery already supports more than 45 school districts with the largest parts and service footprint in the state. Now it will service Blue Bird customers from its eight dedicated on-highway repair facilities.
The company works in diverse industries ranging from trucking and power generation to construction and mining.
“Our long-standing relationships with school districts throughout the state will surely only be strengthened by our ability to support their fleets in even greater capacities,” said Jim Parker, CEO of Carter Machinery.
