School bus manufacturer IC Bus announced the four regional winners of its annual Pursuit of Excellence dealership award that recognizes increased sales and customer satisfaction.
This year’s winners are Timmons Truck Center of Baton Rouge, La.; Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. in Deposit, N.Y.; Midwest Transit Equipment in Kankakee, Ill.; and Western Canada IC Bus Inc. in Edmonton. IC Bus said Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. is being recognized for the third year in a row, and both Midwest Transit Equipment and Western Canada IC Bus Inc. are receiving the honor for the second time.
“These awards are given to those dealers that have demonstrated an ability to grow our customer relationships this past year,” said Trish Reed, vice president and general manager at IC Bus. “In addition to providing unmatched customer support, these dealers have displayed a commitment to ensuring the success of their customers and their local communities.”
The awards are based on 2014 dealer performance, including growing market share and exceeding annual sales plans. In addition, IC Bus said dealers were required to meet a customer satisfaction index threshold as well as meet community service requirements in order to be eligible to receive recognition.
