Interim CFO Heather Zorge was made official by American Traffic Solutions, which provides video and photo enforcement solutions for school districts and police that are targeting motorists who violate school-bus passing laws.
Zorge served as interim CFO since November and has been with the company for more than two and a half years.
“Heather has become a key member of the ATS leadership team,” said Jim Tuton, chief executive officer of ATS “Heather brings over 14 years of international finance, accounting and Big 4 audit experience, which I am confident she will use to lead the finance and accounting organization through the continued growth of ATS, both financially and strategically.”
Zorge is the former chief accounting officer for Petroplus Holdings AG, which was listed on the Swiss stock exchange and was Europe’s largest independent refining company generating $28 billion in annual revenues, based in Zug, Switzerland. Prior to working for Petroplus she worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Arizona and Virginia focusing on large SEC audits and Sarbanes Oxley implementation and compliance.
She is a licensed CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University.
