Bus Driver Found Liable in Bus Wreck Lawsuit

The North Carolina Industrial Commission has ordered Wake County Public Schools to pay $225,000 to the children of a man killed in a collision involving a school bus in 2013, reported WRAL.

The Commission found the school bus driver liable in the accident that killed Joe C. Shelton, who was driving a scooter. The bus driver reportedly attempted to turn left and failed to yield to Shelton.
