Cooper Tire and Rubber Sets 190th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio — Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock on July 31, 2019.

The dividend is payable on Sept. 27, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business Sept. 3, 2019. This will mark the 190th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
