IC Bus Announces Dealer of the Year, Pursuit of Excellence & Diamond Dealer Awards

DALLAS, Texas — At its 2019 Dealer Meeting, IC Bus this week announced Western Canada IC Bus, Inc. as the company’s 2018 Dealer of the Year. The award recognizes the top dealership in terms of dealer performance, as well as taking into account industry and community leadership.

“Our Dealer of the Year award is reserved for the best of the best—the dealership that has gone above and beyond to provide for their customers, community and the industry,” said Trish Reed, vice president and general manager, IC Bus. “Western Canada IC Bus has excelled in each of these categories, and I’m proud to award them with our highest honor.”

“From everyone at Western Canada IC Bus, it’s an honor to receive the 2019 Dealer of the Year Award,” said Doug DeHoop, vice president and general manager, Western Canada IC Bus. “This recognition validates the hard work and dedication of every single one of our employees, who constantly strive to deliver the very best for our customers.”

At the Dealer Meeting, IC Bus also named the six winners of its annual Pursuit of Excellence award, three winners of its Diamond Premier award and winner of the Diamond Dealer award.

In partnership with dealers throughout the United States and Canada, these industry awards pay tribute to the companies which demonstrate excellence in improving sales, market share and customer satisfaction. Winners are also required to meet community service requirements to be eligible for recognition.

This Year’s Pursuit of Excellence Winners are:

  • Ward International Trucks, LLC.
  • Longhorn Bus Sales, LLC.
  • Waters Truck and Tractor Co., Inc.
  • Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc.
  • Cumberland International Trucks, Inc.
  • Summit Bus of Tupelo

This Year’s Diamond Premier Winners are:

  • McCandless Truck Center, LLC.
  • RWC International, Ltd.
  • Summit Bus of North Little Rock

This Year’s Diamond Dealer Winner is:

  • DATTCO, Inc.
