PACCAR Parts Celebrates 10th Anniversary of Peterbilt Preferred Customer Loyalty Program

RENTON, Wash. — PACCAR Parts is celebrating a major milestone in driving growth of dealer retail parts and service sales, with the 10th anniversary of the Peterbilt Preferred customer loyalty program.

“We are proud that after a decade our loyalty program continues to set standards for the industry,” said David Danforth, PACCAR vice president and PACCAR Parts general manager. “The Peterbilt Preferred loyalty program is designed to drive customers to our dealers and provide them instant savings.”

Peterbilt Preferred loyalty card promotions cover the full line of PACCAR Parts’ TRP all-makes, PACCAR Genuine and vendor branded parts; and dealer services for routine maintenance, repairs and inspection services. In 2015, loyalty card members had a minimum of $4,000 of savings available to them on parts and service through their Peterbilt Preferred card.

Integration with PACCAR Parts’ e-commerce platform, Online Parts Counter, further enhances customers’ visibility to the breadth of our special offers 7/24, saving them valuable time and money.

“We continue to look for innovative ways to enhance our industry-leading loyalty program. The value of the loyalty program is giving customers the parts and service they need, and when they want it,” said Bart Lore, PACCAR Parts general marketing manager.

The Peterbilt Preferred loyalty program has expanded globally and is currently utilized by customers at over 2,000 dealer locations.

In celebration of the 10th anniversary, special loyalty promotions will be offered throughout the month of August. For more information on Peterbilt Preferred visit http://partsandservice.peterbilt.com/rewards.
