STN Unveils New TSD Conference Website Tailored for Busy Executives

STN Media Group last week launched a redesigned website for its Transporting Students with Disabilities and Preschoolers National Conference that boasts a bright, modern look and one landing page for easier navigation.

The annual TSD conference is scheduled for March 20 to 25 at the Embassy Suites Dallas-Frisco Hotel in Frisco, Texas, outside of Dallas.

TSDpage3-web1The new website invites past and future attendees to check out the hotel and the venue in Frisco, while allowing them to access all the necessary information on one landing page. Visitors will notice that this year STN is offering a for Super Early Bird price of $349, which is $50 savings they can take advantage of if they register by Friday, Nov. 28. Guests who wish to attend the trade show only and sponsored evening events are offered the rate of $99 per person.

Attendees can make room reservations at the Embassy Suites Dallas-Frisco Hotel right from the website’s Hotel & Travel page, which provides pertinent information about the hotel, including its amenities, details about rooms and other services provided. The “Room Reservations” will directly connect visitors with the hotel to secure their accommodations.

TSDpage2-web2Additionally, companies interested in exhibiting at the TSD Conference trade show can reserve their booth on the Exhibitors page and also access the Exhibitor Schedule that is useful for planning. The one-day trade show, which will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center, is expected to draw nearly 500 attendees in search of products, solutions and services designed for transporting students with special needs and disabilities as well as preschoolers.

The new website will be updated regularly and provide even more details on the conference, trade show and curriculum in coming weeks, so event organizers encourage interested parties to check back frequently and to contact them with any questions.
